Progress to 10,000 Hours

About Me

I started juggling in spring 2020 and juggled for about a year before deciding to set a 10,000 hour goal for myself. During these hours I hope to:

  • Inspire others to juggle more
  • Become a professional juggler
  • Have fun

I'm livestreaming many of my practice sessions on Twitch and YouTube where you can interact with me and other viewers. It's a cozy little community of awesome people, come join us!

Frequently Asked Questions

I want to find out how good I can juggle after 10,000 hours of practice, and the only way of finding out is to do it. 10,000 hours feels like a big but still realistic goal to reach before my body gets too old. When starting this project I was deeply depressed and was in need of a long-term goal. Having this big goal that will take a very long time to complete ensures that I have a reason to be here independent of my state of mind. I'm happy to say that the strategy is working and I'm feeling better.

No. I know that it'll take a long time to finish this so I'll allow myself to have less active periods to not burn out. But so far I've not gone a single day without at least a minute of juggling, every minute counts. One step at a time I'll reach 10,000 hours at some point! I expect to reach the goal somewhere between 2035-2045 when I'm between 40-50 years old.

No, are you a clown? 🤡

I have 8949 hours left to juggle.
